“The PPO is completely and utterly incompetent”.
These words were used by Justice Fatiaki yesterday in relation to the fraud case involving Minister Steven Kalkasau and his brother, Yoan.
According to the Vanuatu Daily Post, it is highly likely that the case will be dismissed today due to, once again, the Public Prosecutor and her staff failing to do their jobs. Political influence at work? Something stinks in the PPO and it’s about time the Public Prosecutor was sacked for reasons of dereliction of duty!
